    Hello Qadir

The issue you're experiencing with the "Install apps from unknown sources" option being greyed out on your Samsung S23 after setting up the Company Portal is likely due to the Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies enforced by your organization's IT department. Here are some steps you can take to address the problem:

    1. Check Device Policies
    • If your device is enrolled in an MDM solution, certain permissions and settings may be restricted by your organization. This includes the ability to install apps from unknown sources.
    • Reach out to your IT department to inquire about the policies in place regarding app installation. They may need to adjust settings in the MDM console to allow for this capability.
    1. Switching Between Profiles
    • Ensure you're checking the settings in both the Personal and Work profiles appropriately. Sometimes, the settings may vary based on which profile is currently active.
    • Generally, settings related to security and permissions are more restrictive in the Work profile.
    1. Checking App Permissions
    • Ensure that the Company Portal app has the necessary permissions to manage device settings.
    • Go to Settings > Apps > Company Portal > Permissions and check if the app has required permissions enabled. The issue you're experiencing with the "Install apps from unknown sources" option being greyed out on your Samsung S23 after setting up the Company Portal is likely due to the Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies enforced by your organization's IT department. @Qadir Hussain Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, did you mean that you can't install apps from unknown sources both in personal profile and corporate profile? If there is anything misunderstanding, please correct me.

To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

1.Which enrollment method did you use to enroll this device?

2.Please check if you configure a device restriction policy for this device. Based on my research, there is a setting called "Allow installation from unknown sources".
