Is it possible to change the destination region for an existing On-Prem to Azure ASR deployment?

Currently we have an on-prem to Azure ASR deployment utilizing the South Central US region as our failover region. We are wanting to change to the Central US region so that our failover region is outside of Texas given their power grid issues. (To clarify, we are confident in Microsoft's infrastructure, just not the Texas power grid).

As far as I can tell, the only supported method for changing the region is redeploying ASR. Is this true? Or is it possible to migrate the existing resources and change the destination of the current deployment? If so, would someone be able to point me to the correct documentation?

Thank you in advance!

    Hi SysTek,

To change the destination region for an existing Azure Site Recovery (ASR) deployment, you typically need to redeploy ASR, as there isn't a direct method to migrate existing resources and change the destination region. However, you can use Azure Resource Mover to move resources, including virtual machines, to a different region by selecting the source and target regions, preparing the resources, initiating the move, and testing the resources in the target region.
