FilePath to create a new mail

Hi,

can someone tell me, where to find the filepath to create/compose a new Mail?

I need it to link it in a CTI software... I want to create a button which allows to open up "new mail" (2019 Version)

    A friend of mine got that Problem, he got that workaround.

    He did have a command bar where we could add that.
