How to get access logs from Azure Edgio Premium CDN?

I need logs for individual requests that were served by Azure Edgio Premium CDN. I also need to add a few custom headers to the logs for tracing purpose. How can I enable this?
Enabling diagnostic settings for the endpoint in Azure console exported the aggregated metrics to the storage account, but that is not enough. I need access logs for individual requests.

With Azure CDN Edgio premium, you do get the following reports
However, these are neither provided nor managed in Azure - you have to access them separately
- From portal, navigate to your Profile
- Under the overview, click on "Manage" - which will take you to a separate window.
From the looks of it, this appears to generate reports only.
