@Nimesh Raj Manandhar I'm glad that you were able to resolve your issue and thank you for posting your solution so that others experiencing the same thing can easily reference this! Issue: I am getting this error message frequently. Is there an outage of some kind n Azure?
Solution: As per MS support, these errors were transient in nature and suggested that we add the timeout option of 10 mins (minimum) or more. Since my pipelines were failing at around 26 to 28 minutes, I put in a timeout value of 15 minutes and retry value of 2. I implemented this just last Friday and have not seen any failure since then. We are still monitoring it.
