We are going to submit through the Partner Center to publish Chatbot created by Copilot Studio to Teams Store inside Microsoft Teams

When a chatbot app is submitted and listed in either Teams Apps or AppSource, and then a user installs the app on Teams to have a conversation with the Chatbot, where does the Azure cloud instance for the Chatbot reside?

As far as I know, if the document is used as the knowledge of Chatbot, it will be stored in the Dataverse of developer's tenant.

Then, where will it be located after it is distributed to Marketplace?

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | For business | Windows
Microsoft Teams | Development
Microsoft Teams | Development

Building, integrating, or customizing apps and workflows within Microsoft Teams using developer tools and APIs

Microsoft Copilot | Microsoft 365 Copilot | Development

When a chatbot created using Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI services is distributed through the Teams Store and installed by users in other organizations, the message capacity and licensing rules are generally tied to the license of the user who is interacting with the bot, not the license of the developer who created and distributed it.
