Does it also cost us when we "Turn On & Turn Off" the SFTP service on Azure blob storage account when its not in use or what is it or overall it costs us based on the operations on Azure blob storage account including Uploading, downloading, sharing etc.? Also what happens when I Turn Off SFTP service on storage account does it keeps us charging the cost or what is it?
