How do i add my signature from C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures to Outlook new?

I have my signature stored under C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures\signature_user.htm in the old Outlook, so it automatically pops up when i click on new email -> signatures -> my_signature
If i switch to the new Outlook its not there, but my signature is still under C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures\signature_user.htm.

The Answer from the Q&A Assist didn't work. I think because my signature is in HTM Format and not HTML.
Can anyone please help me with this issue?

    Hi @Benjamin

If you toggle into the new Outlook for Windows from classic Outlook for Windows, you will be prompted to migrate settings from that app, and signatures are in the imported list.

You can try migrating your classic Outlook for Windows settings again, select Settings > Accounts > Manage next to your account and choose Get Started.Screenshot 2023-08-11 135702

If the signature is still not visible in the New Outlook ,please provide us with the following information to narrow down the root cause of the issue:

    1. What type of account are you using?
    2. Please access the affected account in Outlook on the web and check if you can find the signature on the web. Web Link - https://outlook.office365.com/mail/

To add your signature from C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures to the new Outlook, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open the new Outlook and click on "New Email" to create a new email.
    2. Click on "Signature" in the "Include" section of the ribbon.
    3. Select "Signatures" from the drop-down menu.
    4. In the "Signatures and Stationery" window, click on "New" to create a new signature.
    5. Enter a name for your signature and click "OK".
    6. In the "Edit signature" section, click on the "File" icon.
    7. Browse to the location of your signature file at C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures and select the signature file you want to use.
    8. Click "Insert" to add the signature to the new signature you are creating.
    9. Click "OK" to save your new signature.

Note that the signature file must be in HTML format to be added to the new signature in Outlook. If your signature file is not in HTML format, you can open it in a web browser and copy and paste the contents into the new signature editor in Outlook.
