Publishing Custom Copilot Bot to WhatsApp via Meta BSP

I wish to build a custom Bot using Copilot Studio as a low-code option and extending it via the Bot Framework SDK, but have noticed that from the available Azure Bot Service channels one can publish to, WhatsApp integration is only offered via Twilio.

Given that I want to integrate with another Meta Business Solution Provider e.g. InfoBip/360Dialog, what other options do I have here besides going back to building everything pro-code in the Bot Framework SDK with no visual authoring canvas options?
