- Does this issue occur in Outlook desktop client? If so, in order to further confirm the issue, please log in to you web mail to check if you can receive the specific emails.
- On the other hand, what's your account? An Outlook.com account or anything else?
In Outlook, we can try to search the specific emails in your mailbox to check if they are indeed lost. If they are displayed in the search result, please hover over the messages to check which folder they are in.
