enroll only in device management setting not founded

Hello,
I'm trying to manually enroll a windows 10 device into Intune. When I go to Accounts->Access work or school and look for "enroll only in device management" It seems to be missing.
This is a new Laptop that is not managed by any other MDM software or SCCM. I also reset Windows to see if that would fix it but was i was unsuccessful.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

updated to 20HS and still have the same results

@PRK Thanks for your response.

From your description, I know the option is still missing after upgrading to Windows 10 20H2. Could you help to check the following information for us?

Please check if the device is workgroup.

Check if there’s any SCCM residual information in registry under the following location:
HKLM\software\Microsoft\CCMSETUP
HKLM\software\Microsoft\CCM

Please get a full screen shot of access work or school to see if there’s any abnormal there.

Hi, I have the same issue. My OS version is higher than what you mentioned here. But I don't have any local admin privilege on the machine. Is that the problem?
