Okay, I figured it out:
On the free trial, It is not possible to create an Assistant in the playground. It needs more than 1k tokens.

Hi,
I just started my free trial, created a resource and deployed gpt-4o-mini (2024-07-18) on useast with the global-standard type in the new Azure AI Studio.
In the project playground, I can chat with the model, but whenever I want to create an Assistant it gives me the following error:
Failed to create assistant 429: Requests to the Create_Assistant Operation under Azure OpenAI API version 2024-07-01-preview have exceeded call rate limit of your current OpenAI S0 pricing tier. Please retry after 20 seconds. Please go here: https://aka.ms/oai/quotaincrease if you would like to further increase the default rate limit.
Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible to test Assistans with the free trial?
Thanks for reading and have a nice day,
Samuel
