I've tried to deploy the python application as win32 but it's failed. I am using.exe file and install & uninstall commands, python-3.12.0 64 and.exe /quiet , & python-3.12.0 64 and.exe /uninstall. Detection: c\program files\ python 3.12\ File or folder : python-3.12.0 64 and.exe file or folder exist. But it's failed to install, error code : cannot file the file specified. Please suggest me a suitable option to deploying the python.thank you.

@Hunter9676, Thanks for posting in Q&A. To deploy python, please ensure the install command is working, please manually test the install command on one affected device.

Or you can consider Microsoft Intune Enterprise App Management which mentioned in above link to help you deploy Python. But as this is an Intune add-o which needs additional Intune suite license.

Thanks for your reply but I didn't find option like enterprise app management. Is there any other way to packaging python latest version. Thank you

@Hunter9676, Thanks for the reply. For the install command in the following picture, after we change the exe with the latest version, please manually test on one device to see if it can install silently. If yes, we can deploy it via Intune win32.

Thank you, install and uninstall commands are working fine, ive an issue with detection path.

@Hunter9676,, Thanks for the reply. Check the file or registry key on one device which installs the Python app to see what the file or registry key for this new version is. Use either of them as a detection rule to identify if the app is installed.
