New Teams / AVD Media not connected

Hello folks,

We are running AVD with Nerdio.

At present, we have a golden image where all the applications are loaded before its pushed out to the AVD hostpool. We have been having issues with the New Teams where it doesn't seem to push out to the VM host pool.

I have installed the latest Web RTC redirector, Latest version of Teams but I noticed that when I open New Teams on the golden image under "about" it displays AVD Media not connected.

Has anyone else come across this issue ? As a temporary work-around, we had the New Teams script enabled whenever the VM is created but I am looking for a permanent fix rather than a work-around.

Any thoughts, suggestions would be really appreciated.

3. Registry Settings: Sometimes, specific registry settings need to be configured to ensure that Teams is aware it's running in an AVD environment. Verify that the necessary registry keys and values are set correctly.
