We have tried to go through identity validation three times, but have failed with no explanation given.
The IDs are:

We have all valid documentation through which we have received an SSL.com code-signing certificate previously, so we're wondering why we are unable to receive one from Microsoft. We'd love to be able to learn more please.

@Dax Pandhi Thank you for reaching out to us, let me check on the validation id mentioned above why these requests are failing and will revert back.
In the meantime, we mentioned few scenarios in our docs where identity validation fails

@Dax Pandhi Per the validation team, from the public records information the organization was founded less than 3 years ago. At this time, we are only able to onboard organizations that have year founded date more than 3 years.
