Microsoft Remote Desktop Client failed to open remote desktop

hi Expert,

I'm using Microsoft Remote Desktop Client app for windows. I'm able to login and can see the remote desktop, but when failed to connect to the remote desktop. I manage to get the log and convert it to the csv format (please remove .txt to check the content). but not able to identify the issue. could you help please?

Based on my research, this error is usually related to user credential synchronization issues or domain trust relationship failures.

Does this account involve Azure Virtual Desktop? If yes, check that the user's UPN is consistent in the local Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. And accounts are synchronized between these directories. This helps avoid authentication issues.
