Azure Billing - Pay as you Go VM Instances

Question

My free Credits expired recently and i upgraded to Pay as you Go tier, there are few services which are free for 12 months. If i create b1s VM's, while creating its should like .06 or .65 $. Would that be charged post 750 hours of usage or is it like i will charged up front within the 12 months
