Microsoft Certification Voucher code invalid- But voucher code is still active

I have requested for voucher code through my company and i got a code, i tried to use it to schedule an exam but it showed voucher code invalid for this exam. But I have requested it on 8th August and I still have time to schedule and the voucher is still active.
