Hello

I am a SharePoint Admin at the company tenant. But its not possible for me to open up a simple support ticket by microsoft.

As a PowerPlatform Admin, I can open up support tickets for everything include the new fabric environment (powerBI) very simple. But as a SharePoint Specialist I need to find an M365 Admin to open up a ticket, where he has NO UNDERSTANDING about SharePoint.

Sorry, but thats ver weird/odd and not understandable.
If I try to find a workaround, there is NO WAY....why?

Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Kind regards

Michael Damaschke

    Hi @Damaschke, Michael ,

Thank you for posting in this community.

You must be an admin for a business subscription to use these support methods. (You must have bought at least one subscription through Microsoft to access Microsoft support.)

In other words, you have to give user business subscription licenses, then they can create a support ticket. Nothing to do with the Admin role user has.

If you're not a business admin, please use this support page
