Hi,
We are using Operations Manger 2019 and everything is working fine. I just want to know on how I can modify the Web Console URL inside the AppDiagnostics Form because when I click the Advisor on the left side menu, it's opening on a new tab but using the servername instead of FQDN/F5.

I know it's an old thread, but I had similar question.
This URL is stored in your OperationsManager database in table apm.CONFIG you can change it with SSMS.
Authentication is bigger problem though.

Seems like you're using F5 for load balancing. I suggest you exclude this URL from F5, unless you want to deal with pop-up windows and forms authentication.
Application Advisor connects to SCOM Reporting Server. That specific SSRS instance doesn't support High Availability, so Application Advisor can't be fully highly available either.
Anyway, if you want proper Kerberos SSO, consider installing Application Adviser on SCOM Reporting Server, provide correct URL in DB and configure intranet zone group policy for users to support Kerberos SSO for specific FQDNs.
If you want Forms Authentication, you should disable .NET Impersonation and Windows Authentication on AppAdvisor Application in IIS. Then you can use F5 for load balancing, but I failed to make this scenario work outside of Internet Explorer.

The problem appears in Application Diagnostics webpage and redirection, however, to change/modify this, it may require .net developing skills. To get better support, it is suggested to create a ticket at .net forum.
