Lost admin privilege to my subscription

I'm the owner of my subscription. When I transfer from the classic administrator to RBAC role. It removed the classic admin, but failed to assign RBAC role.

Now the subscription's Role Assignments page shows nothing. I cannot do anything now.

How to solve this?

    "Subscription -> IAM -> check access -> view my access -> Eligible assignments". Here I can activate the owner role.

    This is resolved from "subscription -> IAM -> check access -> view my access -> Eligible assignments". Here I can activate the owner role.
