Hello,

-I would like to know If only person who configures Access Reviews needs "microsoft entra id governance" license assigned in order to enable feature "Inactive Users reviews" ?

-Do reviewers/group owners also need to be assigned with "microsoft entra id governance" license?

-Would the feature "Inactive Users reviews" be disabled if "microsoft entra id governance" trial gets expired?

Thank you very much.

    Hi, Good day!

You need to obtain the necessary number of licenses for the approvers, reviewers, and users within the scope of the access review.

For more information on Entra ID governance license requirements and use cases, please refer to the following article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/id-governance/licensing-fundamentals#example-license-scenarios-1

Additionally, a subscription to a prerequisite Microsoft Entra ID Governance product must be active in the tenant. If a prerequisite is not present, or the subscription expires, Microsoft Entra ID Governance scenarios might not function as expected.
