Every time I attempt to deploy web app through Openai, it doesnt do anything no matter which region

Being and Subscription owner I have developed ChatGpt4+ apps in Azure OpenAI and try to deploy webapp for them and it is doing nothing after clicking Deploy button. The Deploy button goes trayed out later. The only way to get back is to log out and log back in but the result will be same after that. Here is the message it shows on top of window.

Your web app will be configured with Azure Active Directory authentication enabled. It may take a few minutes to apply after deployment completes, during which time you will not be able to chat in the app. Please wait 10 minutes, then reload the app and log in to begin chatting.

I noticed the issue has been resolved in another thread by MS Engineer by deploying some bug fix. (the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1370275/everytime-i-attempt-to-deploy-web-app-through-open). Can I get some help here to fix the issue please?

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I was able to reproduce the problem and successfully update an existing web app using the "Update an existing web app" option. It's possible that the issue could be related to permissions, especially if the Azure Active Directory (AAD) configuration isn't fully synchronized or if the user account lacks the necessary permissions to update the app. I recommend double-checking that your AAD settings are correctly configured and that your account has the required roles (such as Contributor or Owner) on both the web app and the associated Azure resources.

    Thanks, Santosh. I already have a ticket open with them and they are looking for it. They took the Network trace and other details last week.
