Assets not loading in Azure AI Studio

I am encountering the above problem all throughout my Azure AI Studio. It says "Getting new assets due to update." and then does not successfully retrieve them. I have tried restarting my PC, using different browsers, clearing cookies and cache, etc. etc. to no avail. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

    So sorry for this, it really sounds frustrating with this kind of issue.

    if you are sure that your network is okay, there are couple of a few things you will need to check to troubleshoot this, such as:

    • Check Browser Compatibility
    • Disable Browser Extensions
    • Clear DNS Cache using ipconfig /flushdns in your command prompt
    • Check Firewall and Security Settings
    • Use Incognito/Private Mode on your browser.

    If all these are not resolving the issue, try to use your Azure Support via Azure Portal.
