Cannot configure Entra ID to AD sync

Trying to configure Entra ID to AD sync (one way only. No write backs from AD)

No option to pick the domain from the drop down menu. It looks as though the agent is running however, but unable to configure the remainder on the azure/entra side

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Q&A.

    By default, the provisioning agent will synchronize a subset of the users and groups from your Active Directory. Could you please check the scoping filters and see have you define the security groups or not. if not please define the groups and see if it is reflecting to Entra ID.
