Is there any connector available to route alerts from Azure data factory to ICM?

Currently, monitoring alerts for data pipelines failures are created in the data factory monitoring section in Azure portal which will send emails to SquallDRI whenever a pipeline fails or ADF's trigger service fails to trigger an execution of data pipeline.

We need data factory to directly create an ICM incident and route it to our team in ICM.

Is that possible? Are there any ways we can configure this in Azure Portal?

    Hello @Manish Patel (manpatel) ,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform.

Unfortunately, there is no connector available to route alerts from Azure Data Factory to ICM.

For more details, refer Azure Data Factory- Supported data stores.

I would suggest you to provide feedback on the same:

    https://feedback.azure.com/forums/287593-logic-apps/suggestions/32754874-connector-for-icm-incident-management-service.

All of the feedback you share in these forums will be monitored and reviewed by the Microsoft engineering teams responsible for building Azure.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
