Assistants always answer with "I'm sorry, but I cannot assist with that request." but context is correct and not out of scope. There are no reasons for not returning an answer.

    Thanks @Abiola Akinbade for your answer, but I have already followed the directions found in the mentioned link but the problem persists.
    I also created a custom content filtering with severity lever high, but the problem is still present.
