Azure Devops and Inactive AD Users

Hi, everyone

I have a customer with Azure Devops Server 2020 installed, and they have this situation:

When some users go to vacations, they are checked as inactive users in AD Directory, as it could be normal. However, when Azure Devops sincronizes users every day, these users are eliminated from Azure Devops, and when they return to work, it's necessary to reassign all permissions in Azure Devops, because they were deleted.

Additionally, there are queries filterying by "In Group" operator, that doesn´t include these inactive users in the results of query; and sometimes its neccesary to view work items assigned to absent users.

Does anybody know a work around of this behaviour ?

Thank you very much in advance.

We do not currently provide support for Azure DevOps on this site. Please use their official support channels over here.
