Visual Studio Community 2019 is listed as "Not Available" for download. I've been able to access it for years but something must have recently changed.
Ideally I use 2022 but edit and continue doesn't want to work. Under Visual Basic in my case.

If you have a paid level subscription, you can continue downloading VS Community 2019 from here: VS Community 2019.
Ideally I use 2022 but edit and continue doesn’t want to work.
Could you please share more details about this issue?
"Edit and Continue" feature is now called Hot Reload. Did you check this document: Configure Edit and Continue (C#, VB, C++) to enable and configure it?
Is this issue reproducible?

I followed the document and all my settings were already checked.
It's reproducable. The error is "ENC0005: Updating the Handles clause of method requires restarting the application"

The error message and error code were listed here: Hot Reload and Edit and Continue error message.
Either follow the error message to restart VS or try to update VS to the latest version(if you are not using the latest version of VS 2022).
But I doubt that you might get the same issue even if you are using VS 2019.

VS 2019 is out-of-support since April 2024 and therefore there is no longer a public download available, only with a paid subscription.
