My company exists for more than 10 years and I sent the bellow documents:

  1. Assignment letter from an authorized representative of the organization
  2. Whois registry records
  3. Website showing name, address, contact information, and domain of the organization

Even so, identity validation was refused, even though our domain is linked to our company in Office 365 and we are a company registered as a partner (Microsoft Action Pack). We are a Brazilian company. Does Microsoft reject official Brazilian documents? How can we find out the reason for rejection so we can resubmit the necessary documents?

We did not receive a confirmation link, we checked the spam box. Only the requests for documents described above and the emails informing us of the rejection without any explanation.

I think the idea behind the service is good, since development on the Windows platform requires a cost and effort to maintain certificates for Authenticode that does not exist on other platforms. However, the current validation process, with no clear answers and rejections without explanation, is not working well.

For now, we'll try other options. In any case, I thank you for your attention.

Hello. The documents provided were insufficient to process the request. If you wish to proceed, please provide new documents which have not been previously submitted. Acceptable document types include: 1. Domain registration/invoice or renewal that lists entity/contact and domain as they are stated in your account. 2. The document should be issued within the previous 12 months or where the expiration date is a future date that is at least 2 months away.
