unable to contibute to azure metric page

Question

Hello, during my work with the azure app service, I found some inconsistencies in metrics
I'd like to contribute this info via github, but the page it self does not have 'Edit this document' (pencil) button
and I cannot find it in repository

maybe you can help with approaches to contribute there?
