I have to retake my test, but the exam is not visible in the credentials section, I need an immediate assistance, only have 24 hrs for retake appointment.

I was not able to take my exam on 20 September, because of some work, so I am trying to reschedule it, but where should i retake it from, because when i go to the credentials section in my profile, nothing is there. I need your assistance ASAP.
