Azure DevOps Geo-Redundancy in case of a catastrophe

I have catastrophe related question with regards to data protection of Azure DevOps and specifically Repos

I was wondering if Azure DevOps is globally deployed?

This link states that https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/organizations/security/data-protection?view=azure-devops#data-redundancy it replicates data 6 times in 2 different regions. Is there any case to lose our repos in case of a major event that will affect both regions where the data is stored (north-west Europe)?

Is this sentence correct:

Geo-Redundancy: Azure Repos automatically replicates your repositories across multiple regions. This means that even if one region is down, you can access your repositories from another region.

If you have the answer, I'd appreciate to attach the official (Microsoft) link which explicitly says that Azure DevOps 'is deployed' globally so it would be resilient against a wide area disaster
