    From your description, I know some Windows configuration profiles missing in Intune portal, if there is any misunderstanding, feel free to let me know.

    To clarify this issue, please check the following.

    1.Please check the audit log to see if the configuration profiles were accidentally deleted or renamed by someone.

    2.We can use Graph API or PowerShell to get all configuration profile to make sure it is not a display issue, and the profiles are actually there.

    Thanks for your response. I was following the steps on MS learn and i didn't see the Profile node under configuration.

    You need to create Policies there by yourself. They are not pre-created there in clean enviroment. From Tenant Admin\Audit Logs you can also discover if someone have deleted something. Also, if you have limited rights, you might not see everything. Ask for Intune admin or Global Admin for additional confirmation.
