Unable to access the application.

Please i need your help on this issue.

All of sudden one of the production user reported that he is unable to access the application.

Asking for refresh the connection, when trying to refresh getting the error i.e., The redirect URI 'https:/specified in the request does not match the redirect URIs configured for the application
