MSAL Android integration

Question

Hi,

I have integrated the MSAL library into my mobile application. We plan to publish this application through the Intune company portal. The problem is for the Intune deployment they are expecting every time with a new application ID. If I change the application ID other than that declared in the Azure Portal authorisation configuration, will the user sign-in work or not? Or is there any way to achieve this functionality without modifying the configuration in Azure Portal every time?
