Hello,
Well i have an issue accessing my Personal Email because my mobile has been lost/stolen

and the problem that i know the password and when i try to login it keep sending notification to Authentication app which is on the old mobile, however i try alternative Ways i can get the code on the alternative mail but with 2 step verification the other method (text to my number) is not working with the below message

" Try another verification method

That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method."

so i cant retrieve accessing to my mail to remove the old or change .

kindly i need solution asap
