Unable to export data from Excel to SharePoint list

Hello all,

I created a SharePoint list to manage assets, and I am trying to export the data i have from excel to SharePoint list, and it displays this error message, what steps have to been taken to accomplish this task.

What types of columns are created in the SharePoint list?

Whether this issue occurs in all lists or only one list? All users or one user?

1.Make sure that you are using a supported browser for exporting SharePoint lists to Excel. I recommend you use Microsoft Edge.

2.SharePoint has limitations on the size of files that can be exported to Excel. The maximum number of rows you can export to an Excel file is 30,000.

3.Check whether you have enough permission to export the SharePoint list to Excel. Make sure that the permission level been granted includes Use Client Integration Features.

4.In the Excel client application, log in the account you used to export SharePoint lists to Excel.

Thank you, but I am trying the opposite here, I have data on excel and I want to transfer to SharePoint.

Error 1
I cannot export from excel to SharePoint list, it displays the above message.

Error 2
I tried to copy paste data, as it was less than 300 entries, but it asked me to fix errors before saving data, and I fail to see what errors it is talking about.

Here is the image, I believe the data is in text & date, numbers.

I notice the date column is formatted as dd/mm/yyyy in the screenshot. But in the SharePoint, date column should be formatted as mm/dd/yyyy.

So, change the date column formatting in the excel file then copy and paste data again.

I still cannot directly upload from excel, however i found a workaround and created the list in SharePoint site and by feeding my excel, then edited the rest.
