Azure AVD Mil CAC Login Issues - Not Meeting Criteria

Downloaded and installed Azure AVD for Army365 email access. When attempting to subscribe to the desktop or workspace it allows me to enter my credentials and use my CAC (Common Access Card) with PIN to login, then gives me an error message of "You cannot access this right now - Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria for this resource. For example, you may be signing in from a browser, app, or location that is restricted by your admin."

Personal computer on home connection. Have attempted 3 different networks, uninstall/reinstalled the AVD, reset computer multiple times all with same issue. CAC is valid and allows access to other CAC enabled sites, just not the AVD. Please advise on potential fix for this concern.

    Hi John McCall,
    Thank you for the update!
Based on your comment I understand you were able to access AVD from a different machine, it seems issue may be with your local machine rather than AVD itself. I recommend connecting with your admin for assistance, as they can help identify any specific issues on your machine. If you have any other questions related to AVD please tag me in comment
