Copilot for Azure not working

I'm trying to use Copilot for Azure as a global admin, but I'm getting the following error

"You don't have access to Copilot

Copilot in Azure has been disabled. To access Copilot, please contact your tenant’s global administrator."

When I go to the "Copilot in Azure admin center" I get the following under "Access Management":
"Something went wrong and the operation couldn’t be completed."

Has any one seen this, how can I enable this?

Thanks

Issues with enabling Copilot for Azure.

    1. Verify Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions as a global admin to enable Copilot for Azure. Sometimes, specific roles or permissions might be required.
    2. Check Licensing: Make sure that your organization has the appropriate licenses for Copilot for Azure. This typically includes Microsoft 365 E3, E5, or Business Premium licenses
    3. Update and Refresh: Ensure that your Azure portal and related services are up to date. Sometimes, refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache can resolve temporary issues.
    4. Review Organizational Policies: Check with your IT department to see if there are any organizational policies or settings that might be preventing access to Copilot for Azure. Recent changes in policies could affect access.
    5. Capture Logs: If you encounter errors, capturing logs can help support teams diagnose the problem. You can follow these steps to capture HAR logs:

Open your browser and press F12 to launch the Developer Tools.

Go to the Network tab and select "Preserve log."

Reproduce the issue and then export the HAR file.

Share the HAR file with Microsoft support for further analysis.
