If vm are deallocated still they will charge amount?

In my azure portal I have created vm then I stopped the vm next day my login and checking they are charging the amount,can anyone explain me?

    You need to make sure that the VM is in the Stopped (deallocated) state. This eliminates the compute charge. However, you are still charged for the storage (based on the size of managed disks attached to the VM). Other charges might include public IP address associated with the network interface of the VM, its backup, etc.

    Hi

    If you stop your VM from the Azure Portal, it enters the “Stopped (Deallocated)” state. In this state, Azure stops billing for compute resources (such as CPU and memory). However, you will still be charged for any associated storage (disks) and public IP addresses that remain allocated.

    If you stop the VM from within the operating system (e.g., by shutting down the OS without using the Azure Portal), the VM will remain in a “Stopped” state but not deallocated. In this case, Azure will continue to charge for the compute resources as the VM is still reserving hardware resources, even though it’s not running.
