Unable to access Databricks account console

Question

I am the global admin of my Azure account. I have created a databricks account in premium tier to access unity catalog but I am unable to see manage account option.

While I am trying to log into account console using the url https://accounts.azuredatabricks.net/, got this error.

Not sure how well that all works with a personal account as the docs state:

"To enable the account console and establish your first account admin, you’ll need to engage someone who has the Microsoft Entra ID Global Administrator role. For security purposes, only someone with the Microsoft Entra ID Global Administrator role has permissions to assign the first account admin role. After completing these steps, you can remove the Global Administrator from the Azure Databricks account."
