I cannot make a payment for my work email which I urgently need, but the admin account do do it through doesn't seem to exist or has been removed. How do I fix this?

I have been sent an email two days ago saying that microsoft was closing my work email account down as i hadn't made the payment. In the link to make the payment it did not recognise my account as admin, or any other account that i had tried. This has greatly impeded my business and has made me reconsider working with microsoft again if this cannot be resolved.

Is there any way to find out the email or recover the email linked to the email address I need (******@montanajenkins.co.uk), or just make the payment seperately.

    Hi @Umar Uddin / WS

    Welcome to our forum!

For renewal of your work account, please go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. More detailed steps, please refer to: Payment options for Microsoft business subscriptions.

In general, there is a grace period (30 days) for email renewals, so beware of phishing emails.

You may try the domain email address that Microsoft 365 created for you when you signed up with the Business subscription, (for example, user(at)contoso.onmicrosoft.com) using InPrivate/Incognito window with different browsers to directly access the link (https://admin.microsoft.com/) to login Microsoft 365 admin center to check this issue.

If you don't remember that email address/password then I would suggest you contact phone support team they will further assist you from the backend side. While phone call, press "1" as a business email user and press "1" again as technical support. You also need to provide your subscription purchased information such as company name, billing information, phone number etc. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide#phone-support
