Error Code 0x0

I have microsoft office downloaded and updated. I have used it throughout undergrad and now I am switching it to a new university account. My sign in is accepted but then I get error code 0x0 everytime it tries to activate. Please advise.

    But in fact, according to the tags you selected, you posted the question to SQL Server forum and another forum that seemed to have nothing to do with your question (Microsoft Office).
