I have raised quite over few times to recover my email.

Last 2 times was over a week ago, and I didnt hear from it.

That email has been with me since i got an email!

And due to recently I got change of phone number, I cannot received any verification code via phone.

However, I filled all the requirements and questions during the verification.

My immigration officer told me they have sent through some document to my email which I need it right away, how can I contact someone to assist me and verified my identity so I can re-open it??

    Hi @Carmen Lee

    Welcome to our forum!

Looks like the issue is related to the Microsoft Certification, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. In order to better solve your problem, it's suggested to post your issue on this dedicated forum for Microsoft Certification for more professional help.

Thanks for your support and understanding!

What is your account? Outlook.com or something else?

If you are using an Outlook.com account, please follow the article Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support and try again. It may take a while to be patient, if this does not work, you could also post your case in dedicated forum for Outlook.com for more professional advice.

If not, here are some other suggestions you may refer to:

    1. Provide Alternative Verification: If you can't receive a verification code via phone, try using a recovery email address if you have one set up. This can be another way to receive the verification code.
    2. Contact Support Directly: If the automated recovery process isn't working, try reaching out to the support team directly. More information: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

    Hope it helps!
