I removed an account from my authenticator app now am trying to log in from other device into my account but its asking otp from authenticator app , how to relog in to the authenticator app to get otp..........? that account is not in my app now so please help me am facing problems regarding this issue.

    @Rajasekhar Papabathuni, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based as I know, the following page can set sign in method. You can click to see if it can access. If yes, you can remove the previous authenticator method and re-add it to configure authenticator on the other device.

    Thank you for sharing your issue on Microsoft Q&A. 

     

    I understand that you have removed an account from your Authenticator app, you will need to re-add the account to generate OTPs.   

    In addition to the information provided by Crystal-MSFT
    If you're unable to add the account through the security info, your best option is to contact your global admin. They can help you re-register for multi-factor authentication (MFA). This process will delete all existing methods, and after re-registering, you'll be prompted to set up new ones. It won't send notifications to the old mobile device, as it won't be recognized.

    Hello. I have the similar problem. But the account I removed was the global admin account. So I can't add it back - it asks otp from the app, if I try the link https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info it asks me for the otp. The only other option I have to sign in is Approve sign in request from the app with 2 digits, but I can't, the account was deleted from the app.
