I need to transfer my entire ToDo list to a new account that I set up.
Where is the Todo file you mentioned? On Microsoft Todo APP or Classic Outlook desktop client?
If the Todo file you mentioned is on the Microsoft Todo APP, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. It's suggested that you could post your case in dedicated forum for Microsoft To Do for more professional advice.
If the Todo file you mentioned is on the Classic Outlook desktop client, here are several steps you may take:
Export and Import via CSV:
- Export Tasks: In Outlook, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export > Export to a file > Comma Separated Values. Select your tasks and save the file.
- Import Tasks: Remove the old account from Outlook and add the new one. Then go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export > Import from another program or file > Comma Separated Values. Select the CSV file you saved and import it into your new account
