Hello. I am the only Microsoft 365 administrator of our organization.  I log in to the administration via MS Autentificator.   Unfortunately, I did not activate another method.  I got a new phone and I don't have the old one anymore.  I also don't have a backup in MS Authenticator or Android to restore.  So now I can't login to admin because I'm stuck in a loop.  As the only admin, I can't log in and can't turn off two-factor authentication.  I cannot use another login method.  How can I proceed please?  I can't even get to the invoices at the moment.  I know it's mostly my fault.    I am ready to send more details to the company account. Thank you for help.

Regarding the admin MFA issue only phone support can help and ask them to escalate your issue to the data protection team. While phone call, press "1" as a business email user and press "1" again as technical support. You also need to provide your subscription purchased information such as company name, billing information, phone number etc. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide#phone-support
