- Are there limits on monthly or simultaneous connections? There are no limits on monthly connections as such. For simultaneous sessions per user, it's in the feature request backlog but we do not have a timeline or roadmap yet.
- Is support for fully managed Android (COBO) on the roadmap? This enrollment type is currently not supported. It's in the feature request backlog but we do not have a timeline or roadmap yet.
- Is copy and paste between helper and client possible? It's in the feature request backlog but we do not have a timeline or roadmap yet.

- How does administrator mode work? By administrator mode if you mean elevation control, a helper with the correct RBAC permissions (to elevate) can interact with the UAC prompt on the sharer's machine to enter credentials. For example, your Help Desk employees might enter their administrative credentials to complete an action on the sharer's device that requires administrative permissions.
