I have uploaded documents to Azure AI Studio and it is able to do RAG well. However, is it possible to add a welcome message to the user, before the user sends any prompt?
I tried using the "Give the model instructions and context" section to start conversations with users with a welcome message, but that requires the user to first send a message.
There was a post about this in 2023, but the answer was basically that this could not be done.

I don't think it is available yet. As per my understanding, Azure OpenAI provides sample code and you can do customizations as per your requirements.
